Dave has been with AI since 2002. Marching with in the Blue Knights D & B, this Denver native brings alot to the table. Being a great organizer and navigator, AI is always well taken care of by Dave. Besides AI, he is an established drill writer who works hard for a truly musical production. Dave currently works with Air Academy HS and Arapahoe HS. Dave has instructed others at clinics for drill and movement, as well as writes for many local high schools.
Kenny Bailey

Since 2000 Kenny has motivated and created with Alchemy. Starting this team from scratch,
he has dedicated himself to make an innovative and entertaining show each season. Under Kenny's direction Alchemy has been a State Champion 7 times! In 2001, AI was 9th place in the World!
From America's Corps to a dance recital, to the stage of theatre, Kenny's experience is extensive. Kenny works with many colorguards of Colorado including Arapahoe HS and Air Academy HS. He writes and clinics for others, making videos nationwide.
